Conference Format
The design of the conference would be such as to present the conference themes through
- Invited Plenary Lectures ; these would offer an overview of the five conference themes.

Invited Sample Classroom Sessions ; these would provide a hands-on exposure to use of new teaching-learning strategies in an actual classroom setting with participants cast as students.

Invited Workshops ; these would provide an in-depth presentation of innovative strategies and resource materials, hands-on exposure, and an opportunity for evaluation and discussion.

Contributed Papers ; presented in parallel sessions, these would elaborate the various conference themes.

Contributed Posters ; presented in parallel sessions, these would provide an opportunity to the participants to present their work in a more informal manner with personalized interaction with other participants.

Panel Discussions ; these would provide a forum for brain-storming on issues that would impact the conference recommendations.

Invited Stage Science Shows ; these would aim at presenting physics demonstrations, experiments and learning as a joyful activity that generates enthusiasm towards physics in a large audiences.

Invited Public Lectures ; these would be directed at a diverse audience drawn from the general public and attempt to enhance public understanding of physics.
