Accommodation

Delhi has a range of hotels, private and institutional guest houses. The recommended list is given below.

• We encourage you to book accommodation at the Hotel Ashok.
• Hotel Reservation shall be directly through the Conference Manager.
• Reservation in Institutional Guest Houses shall be through the Conference Secretariat.
• The quoted Hotel rates are negotiated for bookings done through the Official Conference Manager.
• The quoted Hotel rates are applicable for extended stay: you may check-in before 21 August 2005 or check-out after 26 August 2005 , the conference duration.

Remarks for Table I, II & III :
Rates are inclusive of breakfast. Tax of 12 .5% tax is extra on prevailing published tariff

Accommodation at Economy Guest Houses and Institutional Guest Houses is limited.

Rooms have an attached bath. Charges indicated are net, as on date. Breakfast and meals ordered, if any, would be at additional payment. It may not be possible to arrange for transport from all the listed Guest Houses to the conference venue. Please check the map to see the location and distance from the Conference Venue.

Please indicate your preference on the Accommodation Reservation Form (B). The Conference Secretariat will inform you if the accommodation of your choice is available and assign the Accommodation Reservation Number. To hold the reservation, you would be required to transmit the full payment in advance, within stipulated time.

• Please book hotel accommodation as soon as possible through the Official Conference Organizer.
• Reservation in Institutional Guest Houses would be on first come first served basis.
